These terms describe the KeepKindly app and its optional Plus features. Your decisions about your home and your purchases are yours.
Using KeepKindly
KeepKindly is an app for organizing personal spaces, recording decisions about possessions, reflecting before getting something new, and seeing personal progress. It is intended for adults. You decide what to keep, sell, donate, recycle, or discard, and you are responsible for following local rules for selling and disposing of items.
KeepKindly provides self-help tools. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, professional organizing, a safety inspection, or financial advice. A room rating or an app milestone is not a statement that a space is safe or that a condition has been treated. For urgent hazards, contact local emergency services or appropriate local help.
Free and Plus features
The core app works without a KeepKindly account, a subscription, Screen Time permission, or a network connection. Some optional features require a KeepKindly Plus subscription, and some depend on Apple services and permissions you choose to grant. The app shows which features need Plus before you buy.
If you buy Plus through the App Store, Apple shows the current price in your currency, the billing period, and any offer terms before you confirm. The subscription renews automatically for each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not erase your records in the app. Apple handles billing, purchase restoration, and refunds under its own policies.
Features that rely on Apple’s Screen Time, Shortcuts, or other services can vary with your device, iOS version, permissions, and Apple’s approval. When one is unavailable, the in-app pause, the share sheet, and the manual check-in remain available.
Your content and choices
You are responsible for the content you enter, including room photos, notes, item details, and reward goals. Do not use KeepKindly to store unlawful material or to violate another person’s rights. You can export or delete your app data as described in the app and the Privacy Policy.
Availability and updates
We may update features to improve the app, keep it secure, or meet platform requirements. We will not remove access to your existing records in the app because a Plus subscription ends; Plus-only actions simply stop until you subscribe again.
App license
Your license to use the iOS app is Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains the service and subscription practices and does not replace that license. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Questions about the app or these terms can be sent through the contact form on the Support page. We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Material changes will be shown in the app or through another appropriate channel.
